You shouldn't need to register, Cloverjo! Here's the relevant text (copied and pasted from my link) anyway:

To enable JavaScript on your iPad:
Tap the Settings icon
Select Safari
Touch the JavaScript toggle to turn on it or off.
Press the Home button to exit the Settings window (this will also save the changes)
