I have not had a period for 10 months, now out of the blue, I have started to bleed is this usual?

About four months (I can't remember exactly now) after the menopause, I had a bleed, but it was only light and lasted about four days, so I think 10 days is quite a while, but glad you've spoken to your doc. We are all different and this is probably 'normal' for you.

They're a nuisance aren't they, periods, just when you think your done with them! Hope you let us know how you get on.

I will do jb not sure what the gynaecologists will do or what a blood test will show, but doc knows best I suppose.
