I have one in my garden and it's very bushy at the moment and it's making getting up and down the path quite interesting - is it ok to give him or her a bit of a trim?

Question Author
The ones that look like Mint Leaves Woofgang
Lemon balm (Melissa) is related to mint ant can be treated like it. Hack away!
(Put the cuttings into drawers (NOT the ones you are wearing!) for a few days to give linen a lovely fresh smell. :0)

Thank you Jourdain :) never thought about that lol
My rule tends to be that the plants are not in charge, I am. So I'd trim away. But I'm no gardener really, so maybe moving is better; but there again I'd wait to see if the trim was successful and if not, simply buy new and plant further from the path.

It was here when we moved in OG so I'd like to keep it. I can't find my secateurs so it will have to wait a wee bit longer for a snip.
The stuffs a nightmare, it spreads everywhere unless its in a pot.

Dave.
Its a very resilient plant and will have no problem coming back after a wee trim with the shears.
Why not make a refreshing tea from some of the leaves ?
