If i exercise 5 times a week for about 45 min to an hour at a time doing exercise bikes, some toning weights for my stomach then have a swim, when should i begin to notice a difference on my bum, hips and tum?
Providing you compliment this routine with a healthy and adequate food intake, then I imagine after about 4-6 weeks you should notice some difference, but this really depends on a lot of things such as your metabolism and can take up to 8 weeks for any particular noticeable difference. For one thing, after a month you should 'feel' much better and more energised.
Remember though that as well as healthy eating and exercise, your body also needs to rest, so don't overdo it.
Thanks for replying! Im prepared to do anything to lose this weight. Lost 2 stone last year and have slowly put it on again. Feel fat and wobbly! Hopefully the exercise bike will help tone up my legs somewhat!!
