Weightloss Update If You Are Interested!

Well I had my official weigh in today and I am now 10 stone gone in 6 months!
So very happy, it has made a huge difference to my life and relationships. Funny though how some people don't want me to lose weight!
Well here's to the next stone off!

I know a lady who runs a "slimming club" - actually more of a "healthy eating" club. She herself lost 4 stones and has kept it off for at least 25 years to my knowledge. Well done Islay, I admire your courage and willpower - onwards and downwards.

237 I have had 80% of my stomach removed so unfortunately no reversal is possible.

Thanks alba and Islay, I'm fine at the moment. It's Ulcerative Colitis, so I've got it for life now. Weight loss is part of the condition but I've levelled off now and I'm on medication and feeling good. I've had a couple of flare ups but none for a while (touch wood!). I still feel as though I'm the same size I was before I lost the weight though and when I look in the mirror I can't believe it's me! Do you feel the same Islay?

Its when I look at pictures because I don't see the weight loss when I look in a mirror!
But I have taken pictures all the way along and perhaps one day when I am brave enough I will post them
