MrG hadn't actually cooked anything...he had taken the oven apart instead......there would have been a reason for this but I had been married long enough to know not to ask.... engineers can waffle on until your eyes glaze over.......
The next day he cooked Salmon Mornay to greet me after working late.....
This resulted in a large burn circle on the wooden counter top and food poisoning.....
It's too long to explain here but I do know how he poisoned us.....
I had to threaten him with divorce if he didn't give up the cooking....x

Funnily enough, CK, I said a very similar thing to Mr T this morning, when we took Tilly for a walk at Priory Marina
'Look at all these cherries, plums and damsons and we paid a fortune for fruit yesterday. Next week, we'll pick the fruit from the hedgerows..'
