Can anyone explain who this Mickey character is? I haven't caught every episode and this dude pops up all over the shop privy to all this doctorish knowledge, just who in the godarned gollygosh is he?

Mickey was a boyfriend of rose,who she kinda 'dumped' to go travelling with the dr!

So how does he know all this stuff, and how has he been to other worlds and who with?

Also Mickey has good a good knowledge of computers. and has helped the Doctor out on many occasions. originally a coward mickey has proved him self a hero. he has travelled with the doctor and Rose on a couple of occasions but stayed behind in an alternate universe to fight the Cybermen. he has now folled the Cybermen back to this earth.:-D

Mickey has had several adventures with The Doctor and Rose.He was instrumental in destroying the Slitheen in the two-parter Aliens Of London and World War Three,he hacked in launched the missiles.He came up aginst the Slitheen again Boom Town.
In The Christmas Invasion he protected Rose and Jackie from the pilot fish while the Doctor recovered from his regeneration.He alerted Rose and The Doctor to Strange goings on in School Reunion,and then joined the Tardis crew for The Girl in The Fireplace and the Cyberman two parter staying in the alternate universe when that universe's version of him was killed.
