I've also posted this in B&S but thought I'd try it here too... I accidentally put a white top in with a dark wash and now it's a murky off white colour not very nice at all! Does anyone know of a way I can get it looking whiter again? If it makes any difference its not a completely white top, it has pink & yellow stripes on it! Thanks.

Try Ecover Laundry bleach - I find it works wonders on most things. I've used it on coloured stuff (patterned shirts etc) and it doesn't seem to fade the colours, just brightens up the dingy bits. You can get it in most supermarkets. I use it because it's plant origin, and eco-friendly (well, as much as bleach can be). Good luck!

They sell their products at Robert Dyas, but I'd phone your local one first as they may not stock this. I did the same at the weekend so am buying some myself! :o)
