I know you keep on asking, but short bursts of intensive weight loss are not the answer! You need to set yourself short and long term targets which are both sensible and easily achievable (for morale and willpower) but also for realistic weight loss (results mean prizes!). If you lose weight over a longer period of time - providing you really need to of course - then you will look and feel much better and can easily sustain through self motivation.
God luck, but make sure you really do need to lose weigt before taking on any new regimes. Sometimes you just need to alter something slightly in your life (exercise, eating and driniking habits etc) rather than embark on a crash diet.
