Is there anything that can be applied to the soles to give more traction.
The boots that caused my tumble are being re-healed and soled...at great expense.
I've got some other boots that could do with feeling more secure...but they have a funny "lumpy " sole. Any ideas?

Thanks mm, but that won't work with the soles on my boots. They are raised like this...
