Braltus inhalers use Tiotropium capsules, with insomnia being listed in the British National Formulary as a rare side effect:

Insomnia is also a known side-effect of Levothyroxine (but "usually at excessive dosage"):

I doubt very much that either of those two drugs would cause insomnia as neither would be classed as a stimulant.
Look for a far more common cause......anxiety or depression.
