People come from poorer countries, be it N Korean slaves to Russia, Hispanics to the US etc etc. Otherwise why would be be pining for the Norwegians ... (who incidentally some naughty person did an analysis of and found they were some of the least productive or useful immigrants to the US historically).
It's the "why" in amongst the offensive language that really condemns him.

Naomi - // I regard the President’s opinion as fact simply because in my experience it is …. and for all you know it may well be his experience too. Since you have no personal experience your claim can only be a product of your imagination and as such is entirely without foundation. //
I can see that we are getting nowhere here, even though I have offered dictionary definitions to illustrate the difference between a fact and an opinion, which is all I am debating about.
You persist in arguing that my opinion about African countries is not based on experience, even though I pointed that out before you did, so that makes your repetition redundant.
You are welcome to regard the President's opinion as a fact, but that still does not make it so.
An opinion may coincide with a fact, but it doesn't make it a fact.
If President Trump says 'In my opinion the earth is round' - then his opinion coincides with a fact, but it is just that - coincidence.
If he says, 'In my opinion, the earth is flat' - then clearly his opinion is at odds with a fact, and because it is his opinion, it doesn't make his opinion right, or indeed a fact.
For reasons best known to yourself, you are refusing to accept the truth of this simple argument, and I see no mileage in me repeating it again.
I think you are are more than able to grasp that on this occasion you are in error, but you refuse to admit it.
In my opinion, you are wrong - and that happens to coincide with a fact - because you are wrong.

Naomi - // Mikey, that doesn't mean it's beneficial to allow immigration to continue unabated. //
I am sure Mikey grasps that simple fact - which is probably why he didn't say that it was beneficial.
Are you going to spend today, as you did the weekend, simply not accepting what people write, and arguing with something which they didn't write?
