Many years ago, there was an advert which had a little jingle

"?????? just around the corner".

Does anybody remember what was just around the corner? It's driving me potty!!!

Ironically,there is a current ad for Bath Store with the slogan "Love is just around the corner".

Yes and it was that bloomin' Bath Store advert that made me think of this very old ad in the first place!!!

Quizmonkey - I'M singing savings just around the corner now!!! Ermintrude, I'm almost positive it's not mace. It's 2 syllables I'm sure. Arrrgggghhhhh. It's driving me mad. I was painting a wall today and the tune was going round in my head so much that I had to switch the TV on just to hear something else!!!

Do you know, when I very first started on this, Johnsons was what I said first off, but my husband said no. Now that you think so too, then I'm happy to agree with that!!! Thank you.

and it sounded to me very much as if it was sung by Bill Oddie.
