Chicken Sausages

who has tried them, someone has just mentioned them... i want to try them but i can't get chicken and sausage to go together in my head, it;s just not working.

what's the texture like?

in cold weather with beans and chips, in hot weather sliced up and cold in a roll or with salad.

I just had one with salad :-) It was nice. I don't like them as much as OH does. Good thing to have when I can't be bothered to cook. No fat comes out so you could chill them in the baking tray and let the monsters help themselves.
