no cally my sweet case law on that as well
The Naughty Crimes Unit in the West Mids was disbanded by Chief Constable Dear . He is now a Lord. Retrocop et al have opined the two are directly connected. I think 40 convictions have been overturned - and no convictions for perjury
and in another case, a lawyer tried 'Judgie Baby - this policeman is speaking and ergo we ask you to conclude he must be lying ...'. and the judge ( aka judgie baby ) asked - do you have any evidence he lied in this case ?
answer no
so he refused to exclude the evidence - and cried banging his gavel - on with the charade !
