'tis A Puzzlement

Sitting here playing on the laptop instead of getting a move on. However, I really need to have a shower and wash my hair. Problem is I have a dressing on my left foot which I have been told not to get wet until it comes off on Tuesday. Any ideas how I can overcome this? Plastic bag over foot - one foot sticking out of shower (with risk of soaking the floor) - any other ideas?

Wash your hair in the basin and then have a bath, keeping your foot out of the water.

my OH is using one of those (for an arm) - it works fine.

Or have a bath and rest your foot on the rim?

Thanks folks. Sorry, don't have a bath Naomi, only a walk in shower, but I could wash my hair in the basin and maybe have a strip wash.

Wrap plenty Clingfilm round it.

Success - plastic bag secured round my ankle with gaffer tape - worked a treat.

Clingfilm. I did this when I broke my ankle and couldnt get the plaster wet. Wrap it in clingfilm and it keeps it dry.
