I'm having a "Brexit Free" week this week. I shall not be responding to any Brexit questions - including those already running - until next Monday at the earliest. It's not that I'm tired of the debate but I've a lot on this coming week and need a rest from the cut and thrust. Some may miss me, others will say "good"!

Ah, that's a shame, I'll miss violently and unproductively disagreeing with you about everything!

I noticed the thread you posted that I was on last night for Brexit was pretty level headed and not the usual insulting mish mash of mud- slinging. I like a proper debate like that, it's nice, even when you disagree strongly with people, so nice thread Emmie :) x
Oh no! Newjexit!
Have a nice rest ;-)
thanks, but it doesn't stop the fact that this deal is no hoper.
All i want to know is if i'll still be able to get my copy of Tarmacadam weekly , post Brexit

"Can't see why you felt the need to tell us. You could have just ignored the posts involving BREXIT."

Yes I could have done. But I'm too polite to simply ignore people.
But you mention Brexit THREE times in your so called Brexit free post !
// i don't know how ab survived before the referendum ... //

with a clutch of brain dead ooman rights threads.
including gormless statements that if we repealed the Human rights Act we would have even MORE human rights. - lets bring back the good old days ! [hanging flogging and shooting]

I wonder how many of our politicians would secretly like to join you in a Bretix free week?

"But you mention Brexit THREE times in your so called Brexit free post!"

But I MAY be mentioning it in my spare time!

(With thanks, acknowledgement and apologies to Monty Python's "Argument" sketch).
/// i don't know how ab survived before the referendum ... ///

I don't know how the media would have managed without the referendum, still I suppose it helps to put more serious but sensitive news in the shadows.

Perhaps AnswerBank should create a separate category for Brexit threads?
aog
perhaps it should, but who would look at it, NJ is taking a sabbatical and the rest of us are hard pressed to be
interested. Seeing as how Mrs May seems intent on selling all down the river without a paddle.
Is this Brexit free thread turning into a Brexit thread ? ;-)
