Facebook Lock.

Can anyone please help, I have an i pad which was going perfectly well until Friday. facebook page would only give half of a page I tried to sort it couldnt remember password got one by email put it in then was asked to send a photo of myself for identification which I had no idea how to do it . later on my google account had a lock on it by facebook and google which I rely on is unable to move . needing desperate help how to open it , facebook is now working and emails to them are invalid . Thank you.
