Yellow Nails

For the first time in my life o tiled the kitchen floor and didn't use any cloves after about 4 hours using cement it hardened on to my hands I was it off and my nails where yellow and some of the skin on my hands despaired and was bleeding

What can I do to get it back to normal again

Maybe try washing them with lots and lots of lemons... it bleaches them back to its natural colour, although I would maybe go to the doctors if they were bleeding!

Whoops, sorry, DON'T wash them with lemons if they're bleeding as the acid may make them worse! I would probably go to the doctors but would put some serious moisturiser on them first!

The lemon only really helps with nicotine, when I smoked it worked. Also, I soak my white underwear in a bucket of hot water and loads of chopped lemons if the colour is looking a bit tired. Sorry I wasn't much help! X

Soaking in warm water makes tile adhesive plyable again. Or if you are a sadist use warm lemon juice.

cement has some sort of mild corrosive in it, i think, so it may have burned your skin.

the yellow stain may be a milder burn too.

i would suggest seeing a doc as you may need some kind of dressing and antibiotics
