82 is only the letters and numbers cm s under the heading well it is isn't it
71 comes under the heading what connects France with the letters after Germany with the letters after Spain with the letter after Greece with letter z and the symbols for the words theta si psi if that makes it more clear.

I'd never seen it before but it's amazing. Armenian, Anglo-Saxon, and I've only just started.

Sorry, no joy. The upper case suggested an OS map reference, but a very accurate one - a one metre square. Sadly, what initially looked like a road Junction in South Wales ended up near the edge of a nondescript field at that resolution. Might try something else later.
