Zanussi washing machine problem

I have a zanussi nexus and it worked perfectly until recently.The problem I am having is that it will not spin with a full load. It goes through the whole wash without a problem but when I go to take out the clothes they are still wet. If a put them back in in a smaller load it spins fine. Any suggestions to what it might be? Could it be the brushes? I was told that this washer did not have brushes.

I had the same problem with my Zanussi (not a Nexus). I checked the pump at the back ( not too difficult to locate) and found 2 coins and a paperclip stuck in it!. Once I'd got rid of them it worked perfectly. The first time this happened I got the engineer out and watched him do this (same sort of odd collection of stuff in the pump). That cost me about �75 which is why I do it myself now!
