Nothing on the calendar for today, but plenty to do around here. I could sit out in the sun and sharpen the kitchen knives. Such fun I have!

Morning all. A really rubbish sleep. Need to find a chemist for water tablets. Legs and ankles are so stiff I can walk or sleep.

bad luck, Ummmm and ouch - have got that stiffness problem in my feet first thing after sleeping or having been sitting down for a while - no idea what causes it. It's quite painful to get going.

is it plantar fascitis (spelling)? an ice pack could help, rolling your feet over a golf or tennis ball as you get out of bed...and also massaging your feet.....

Morning all a bit grey here. Plenty of rain forecast for today. Had some unbroken sun yesterday after an early rain shower. Got to go up local PO first thing to try and sort out car tax for my son whilst he’s in work.
