It was the fact that you could see the two sets of haracters at the same time I thought was good
There should be a statute of limitations after which you're not allowed to make the sequel. Case in point:
National Velvet (1944; Elizabeth Taylor, Mickey Rooney, Donald Crisp): heartwarming version of the book - charming, sweet & fun
International Velvet (1978; Tatum O'Neal, Christopher Plummer, Anthony Hopkins): this muck should have been left on the stall floor

totally agree about matrix...never bothered to watch the sequels
why would i?...the guy is 'the one' by the end of the 1st movie!
Also, 'The Crow'....good...'The crow 2????pfffh!
The worst thing is when they knock out a poor sequel straight to video...I used to get anoyyed as a kid,
things like alladin....the return of jafar...I'll leave it there before i get irrate!
