I can think of quite a few people who qualify for that description in my book and, equally, quite a few people who'd use it with reference to me ;-)

Literally it means cheek whistle face.It's an untranslatable german word really. Means something like ..he's got a face i'd love to slap.

Beautifully descriptive German compound noun, but "Affenschwanzgesicht" is even better!

i think it is a regional word from Bavarian area as not all Germans know of it

They say that a picture tells a thousand words and I think that this image, from a German website, defines the word rather well ;-)
