How can i stretch my thighs to prepare for the day? I do a lot of squatting and lifting they ache like no tomorrow is this because i didn't shake them out to release the lactic acid that built up during the day?

If you mean they ache at the end of the day, then i would have thought that was normal which a soak in the bath would help.
However, if you mean that they ache BEFORE you start the day, then that is quite a different kettle of fish.
You can't shake out lactic acid, as it gets absorbed into the blood stream and then excreted in the urine.
Sqad, they don't ache at night, but I do work up until I rest. It's the next morning where they ache, I assume by this time it's all too little too late and I should have tried to get rid of the lactic acid the night before?
