I'd arranged to meet a former co-worker in town for a coffee...the first time for us.
She never showed up, nor did she answer my text.
I'm alternating between worrying if she is ok...and feeling annoyed enough to cross her off the list of potential friends. *sigh*

i must admit that used to happen to me, go somewhere and wait and wait, not any more. if they can't be bothered to phone, text then they don't get a second chance

We only made the arrangement on Tuesday. I texted her at about 11:40...we were meeting at 11.

Hope you catch up with her soon and it was just a case of miscommunication. As others have said- one more text to see if she's alright and then move on.

I wouldn't bother. If she had a major or minor catastrophe, was taken ill etc then she has your last text on her phone and the ball is in her court to reply and explain. If she does not feel the need to do so then as far as I would be concerned that's the end of it.

If she's on WhatsApp, use that and at least it would show if she's read it or no.
