I bought a HP printer and, after being initially very pleased- I have had nothing but trouble despite the help offered
I now want to contact them to demand either a full refund or a replacement. Unfortunately it seems impossible to get past the virtual assistant with the set answers
Has anyone a contact address?

Your claim is with the retailer unless you purchased it direct from HP. You have a better claim if you paid by credit card and especially if it is under 6 months old.
