The 'community' will insist it was a targeted attack no matter what the result of an investigation may be. Any other outcome will no doubt be because of racism .

I assume we are talking about an attack with a handgun here? To deliberately aim & shoot someone in the head from a moving car with a hand gun would be highly unlikely. Just a lucky shot I guess!

its what i essentially said on TTT's thread, that from a moving vehicle, shots were fired and just happens to hit only one person and that was in the head...
