Also, umm yea, my cat sammie had a litter a few months back, we planned to get her done after, only a week after her kittens were rehomed, my other cat popped with a litter so it was a bit manic!
now the 2nd litter has been rehomed, Sammie is pregnant again :( so we have another litter on the way, its going to be abit manic, but will it do sammie any harm? i was planning to get her done as soon as Spinks litter had gone, but its to late now n i dont know what to do or anything!

You can still get a pregnant cat neutered up to six weeks into a pregnancy. It would be the kindest thing to do - also, if you allow your females to mate with any old tom, your cats are at risk of contracting viruses such as FIV (AIDS), FELV (Leukaemia) or FIP (peritonitis). Neutered cats live longer, healthier lives, and you are not constantly producing kittens in a country already over-populated with unwanted cats (ask the charities such as Cats' Protection if you don't believe me).
Sorry for the rant - I am often in the front line of the consequences of irresponsible cat owners who don't get their cats neutered. I am sure that you are not one of them, but I had to have my say.
Love you really

dont get me wrong, i have been planning to! 1 is booked in already, we have our big male neutered, it was just abit mad as one had a litter, n then as they left the other had a litter! we had planned to get them both done at the same time now the 2nd litter has gone, but its 2 late!
Sammie is showing heavily already so guess we only have about 2 weeks left til she has her litter.
Please dont think i would ever let my cats come to any harm from this, my pets mean more to me then anything!
& i wont let any of my kittens go as *unwanted kittens*
I will only rehome them to people i know well who I know will look after them, & if those homes arent found by the time they are 8 wks old, i always keep them til the right homes are found. They will not go to strangers & they will not go to rehoming centres, i let this situation happen, n i will take full responsibility for it to make sure they go to good loving homes where i can always keep in contact with the owners.
:( sorry
