Downton Abbey Film

Is anyone going to see the new Downton Abbey film out this year? Just seen a trailer for it on ITV during the other Downton film.

I've never seen a single episode of Downton Abbey (and I've not been to the cinema for a quarter of a century), so I won't be rushing out to see the movie. However I thought that you might find this to be of interest, Tigger:

I can do better than that, 'Chico. 1978 was my last visit to the electric theatre and I've no plans to resume that activity any time soon. There are not many films I have a drastic desire to see and absolutely none that I would endure surrounded by people faffing about with mobile phones whilst eating and drinking more than I would consume when having a good meal out.

I like Downtown Abbey and will wait for the new film to be shown on the telly.

I didn't know there was another Downton film. I might go to see it with daughter in a posh pictures before she goes back to uni. Unless you have to wear masks, then I won't bother.

For me, the first TV series of Downtown was a classic but all the subsequent series very disappointing….as was the first film.

I don't know if I would go to the cinema to see it but will wait till it comes out on tv too. Last time I went to the cinema was to see the last Star Wars film, the rise of Skywalker.
