Electric Shower Problem

I have not used my shower for some months (we have three) as I had to regrout and seal it.

I used it yesterday and the water was only tepid on the highest setting. Definitely warmer than the 'cold' and 'eco' settings but when on 'high' turning the knob makes no difference to the temperature. It is stuck on tepid.
Same problem today.

All the lights work as they should; the water flow is excellent. Any ideas what could be wrong?

I assume this is an electric shower, Barry?

Possibly a faulty thermostat, but more likely a faulty element in the "tank".
Easy to replace as long as it's a known make, and the parts are available.
These things are hellishly difficult to diagnose. There are several other gubbins inside that may cause this. Sadly, it's often a matter of replacing parts until the fault clears.
Sorry I'm not helping much, but fault diagnosis is often trial and error.

It is a triton t300si, with the remote power pack, builder.
That's a new one on me Barry. I've been wading through this, to try and figure out how it all works...................

So many possible components to consider. As I said above, could be a lot of trial and error unless someone is familiar with these.

Triton are very good. Especially their customer help.

The trouble is; although their call-out fellas are good... it'll cost.

Do call Triton. They'll almost certainly be familiar with the problem.
Sorry I can't narrow it down.

Will do, thanks. I dread replacing it as no doubt it will ruin my tiling and probably cause a lot of upheaval

The builder, thought you'd like to know I've just phoned Triton and they are coming out to repair it on Friday. I'm happy with the price, £200 including labour, all parts + VAT, but I could probably buy a new but different shower cheaper.
It's a stress free solution so all good
