I would presume, that as the presenter, he is briefed on each question before the show. He always knows how to pronounce strange spellings etc. Maybe he is given the film to watch so he can come back with any questions/comments on the actors. ???? Or he may be a film buff. Who knows ???
Like anyone else who's working he's not doing it 24/7. I imagine they record several episodes of The Chase on the same day so he's not really there every afternoon.
I like Bradley on the Chase, but I do wince when he constantly tells some thick contestants who score badly 'you are better than that, I know that.' or a contestant who scores two or three he will say'brilliant, well done you.'
I get it that he is supposed to be on the team's side but don't patronise the clueless (whose antics feature well on AB) contestant.
