Printer Wont Work On Windows 10

Hi, hopefully someone can help me out. I have a Ricoh GX7700n printer i use for Sumblimation printing, i recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now the printer wont work? I have tried reloading the software, and followed online instructions in "troubleshooting", now the printer is listed as "Unspecified" !! Have tried everything but getting nowhere. Anyone out there that can help..................PLEASE????

You will probably have to install a windows 10 driver.

Try downloading the following driver, which according to the RICOH support pages is a Windows 10 driver for the GX e7700n printer:-

Select the 'Printers' tab to expand a list of printers and then select ' Aficio GX e7700N'>'Go'>'Drivers and Software' then see 'Windows 10' options for driver downloads.
