sinew isn't really ligament it's tendon. Maybe it is right. I'd only comment that arrived and summit are very obvious simple answers. Wricks is a very obscure word (twists much more likely for sprains eg ankle).

You're undoubtedly right ellie, you're much better at this stuff than me, I just can't find sinew and ligament in the same list in any thesaurus.
My remark was really because the 2nd two answers jumped out at me instantly so that suggested the level of the clues. Wricks I've never heard of (ricked my neck yes), guess that's why it's called Demon :-)
