Trying to download Zoom, but they are making it impossible by insisting i use their verification code they said they sent to my email account, which they haven´t!!
is there a simple solution?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.To clear the cache in Edge, click the three dots at the top right. Select Settings, then Privacy, Search & Services. Under Clear Browsing Data, click Choose What to Clear. Change the Time Range to show All Time. Leave everything else as it is and click Clear Now. (NB: You'll be logged out of any sites that you're signed into, including AB, so make sue that you know your passwords to get back in!).
To clear the cache in Chrome, click the three dots at the top right. Select Settings and then Privacy & Security. Select Clear Browsing Data. Set the Time Range to All Time. Leave things as they are and click Clear Data. (You'll be logged out of sites, as above).
Once you're definitely logged out of Zoom, try signing up again, using a different email address.
