New poll shows Reform Party have overtaken the Lib Dems and are in third place amid rumours of a Farage comeback. This new Redfield and Wilton poll puts Reform on 11%, Libs 10%,Tory 27% Labour 43% .

This forecasting would put Starmer on track for a landslide victory .

Labour are so far ahead now, they have enough points for a massive 360 majority....sounds good to me.

arithmetic another thing gully is clueles about, There are not enough seats for 360 majority, even if Labour won all of them.

Sunak or Starmer. Not much of a choice there. Where oh where are the Leaders of Yesteryear?

P.S. As we've found in the past, opinion polls are notoriously inaccurate (which is why Cameron came unstuck on Brexit, for one example).

stop it canary poor gully will be sobbing into his Boris tea towel.

There are 650 seats in the Commons. If Labour won all of them that would be the majority. TTT's arithmetic not the greatest either then.

I'm sure TORATORATORA will come back to claim he is correct and we've deliberately misunderstood what he meant.

I think he might believe the majority is the number of seats won in excess of 50% of the seats.

That would explain why he claimed Labour could not have a majority of 360 because there are 650 MPs and half of that (325) plus 360 would be 685 MPs.

Might be wrong..

18:43, yep, my mistake, worked that out wrong.
