No, not anymore otherwise no euqipment would be allowed. You cannot watch (or record) live broadcasts or use the iPlayer.  You can watch catchup or streaming so Amazon/Netflix/Apple/Disney etc.

Live broadcasts include those on streaming, so for instance you cant watch the footie live on Amazon.

Read this on Google, but as I know little about football and don't watch these programmes, I have no links.
