I don't understand that either, but it probably isn't relvant to the issue in your question.

Well you're answering your own question. No-one at selco is going to think it's bad if you say you're job hunting. Why would they..

Question Author

I guess it's a valid reason to be if it I was full time I wouldn't.

Abbey, concentrate on finding your next job rather than dwelling on all the negatives of Selco.

Maybe some punctuation and/ or shorter sentences would help make your posts easier to understand, Abbey.

There's no point in thinking about how it would be different if you were full time. It is what it is you are where you are.

Question Author

I've just been told to be careful what I say there.

You don't need to say a word to your work until you find a new job. Why would you? Just look for a new job and when you find one hand your notice in. End of. They won't be surprised.

Question Author

I mean if someone slipped up.

Very seriously abbey... we all have tried to help you in all sorts of ways. It is more than time that you grew up over these little problems.  You over-analyze.

Wait until you hit really big problems.

That should make you think.  Start thinking for yourself.

Then perhaps you should stop talking about other members of staff/colleagues with people you work with.

I don't think it would be a bad thing, mainly because nobody cares and frankly, might be glad of the break from it all.

Question Author

These are the same people they talk about and colleges I have told I'm looking for a new job it's always nice things.

Question Author

Doug what break they never see me if I'm cleaning.

😩

🥱

Why does everyone bother

😢

"One of the drivers who have been there since they opened just left and they didn't even ask him what they could do to persuade him to stay."

that's not how workplaces like that work, people come and go.  Why should they be persuaded to stay when you can get another driver/cleaner/checkout operator easily

Question Author

Got an interview tomorrow but I can't find my application where I applied so I don't if it advertised wrong

Abbey, I think you should stop  wasting your time worrying about non-essential things (such as who said what in Selco, who wouldn't care that you're leaving, and about what a dog did months ago) and settle down to doing all you can to get a real, proper, full-time job. Do you keep copies of the applications you've made or even just jot down details of places you're applying to?  Your last post doesn't really make sense or explain what your problem is.

// so I don't if it advertised wrong//

Do you think that should make sense to us, Abbey?
