Not to be taken seriously, just a bit of light hearted fun.

But typically what time do you go to bed?

Or do you just go when you feel tired?

Personally I don't have a set time as I do shift work, and sometimes I work nights, but my parents would typically go to be at 10 o'clock.

I was just trying to gauge at what hour do most people go to bed.

Between 10.30 and 11.00 p.m..

Between 11.45-12.30am up at 8.00am

A bit OTT but I have to be in bed with cat on board by 10pm for the World Tonight - except for weekends when I stay up late and drink Pinot....🍸

Weekdays around 1030 but weekends nearer midnight.

Varies. 23:30 to 00:00 usually.

10.30-11 depending on TV and/or what I am reading, currently a bio on the potter Bernard Leach.....

9pm up at 4am

Any time between 8 pm and 2 am depending on how tired I feel and whether I had an afternoon nap or not.

It seems a bit early, but it's dark outside, I've done everything I needed to do today, so I'm in bed now at 8pm ish with a good book.
Happiness! 😀

I'm in the 'about 2am' club. It does vary sometimes when ajusting ones body clock, I also used to do shift work so know what that's like.

I get ready for bed around midnight, then I usually do Wordle, have a potter about, maybe put an overnight wash on and get to bed by about 12:45am.

No set time though usually around 23.30 - if I go earlier, I am wide awake around 04.00.  Weekends, it can be around 01.00.

Not before midnight most nights.  I'm a bit of a night bird and watch films late on.
