What Time Do You Go To Bed

Not to be taken seriously, just a bit of light hearted fun. 

But typically what time do you go to bed?

Or do you just go when you feel tired?

Personally I don't have a set time as I do shift work, and sometimes I work nights, but my parents would typically go to be at 10 o'clock. 

 

I was just trying to gauge at what hour do most people go to bed.

Any time between 8 pm and 2 am depending on how tired I feel and whether I had an afternoon nap or not.

It seems a bit early, but it's dark outside, I've done everything I needed to do today, so I'm in bed now at 8pm ish with a good book.

I'm in the 'about 2am' club. It does vary sometimes when ajusting ones body clock, I also used to do shift work so know what that's like.

I get ready for bed around midnight, then I usually do Wordle, have a potter about, maybe put an overnight wash on and get to bed by about 12:45am.

No set time though usually around 23.30 - if I go earlier, I am wide awake around 04.00.  Weekends, it can be around 01.00.

We go to bed about 11pm .12 hours bed,12 hours up

2am is fairly normal.

3am (or even as late as 6am) isn't uncommon.

Go upstairs to bed between 12-1am, read or am on iPad till between 3-4am, then might doze off for a couple of hours and alarm usually goes off between 7-8am.
