spyware remover

My ps is very weird at the moment. myie doesn't work IE crashes, search toolbars appear from nowhere and norton disables itself! However Norton and spybot say i'm clean and both are updated. I'm thinking there's some spyware that isn't being found. Can you recommend another remover?
