SPAM on Orange

My ISP (Orange) claims that it has a built-in SPAM filter and to activate it I have to click on the My Settings button. But I cannot find a My Settings button anywhere and Orange are no help. Advice much appreciated.

From Orange Home Page sign in to 'your email' with your email address and password. When your email page opens you should see My Settings in a column on the left with Anti-Spam and Mail Anti Virus. Hope this works for you.

Thanks, Coldicote. I'll try that as soon as I can work the Orange Home Page, which seems to have gone on the blink again. I'll report back.
