I resigned and now want to re apply!! dappy I know but I need some cash over christmas! my old manager gave me a reference but she was abit useless to be honest. I've written a speculative letter (is that what you call it...??) explaining my situation and a copy of my CV and the reference the old manager gave me.. fingers crossed!
best of luck to you loukr, you managed to do the job well first time around so you have that history in your favour. You may need to explain in detail your reason for leaving (at interview stage i reckon not before) so they dont think you are a flighty employee who will leave soon after they employ you.
I hope it all works out
