Black eye??

Someone accidentally threw (with some force) a granny smith apple at work today and it hit me on my cheekbone (directly below my eye)
A few hours on and the whole side of my face is hurting - do you think there'll be a bruise tomorrow? Will I have a black eye?

No - never had a potato thrown at me (accidental or otherwise) as of yet I'm afraid. Its unlikely I would have a potato sat on my desk that some bored colleague could show off his juggling/acrobatic skills with!
