As in ice cream there's fat free yogurt (ya'll spell it with an 'h'?) and there's a fuller flavored more fat content that really can't be told from ice cream. As BBW indicates it may not be quite as flavorful but it doesn't seem to melt as fast either...

Try this...
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
1 cup sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
1 tablespoon kirsch (optional)
What to Do
In a saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over milk and let stand for 1 minute.
Sprinkle gelatin onto liquid, never the other way round. Always give gelatin a few minutes to swell before heating.
Stir in sugar and set over moderately low heat, stirring, about 2 minutes, until dissolved.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and whisk in the yogurt. Fold in the strawberries and kirsch, if using.
Freeze.
