Ignore the confusing words. All it really means is that a dll is trying to access the net (as part of the application running it) The simple way to tell whether you should or shouldn't allow is this: If you know the program associated with said dll and want it to access internet then let it, if not then ban it. If you don't know: Tell it not to let it. Continue browsing... if adverse effects are noticed (i.e. something you can't do or run) then you might consider letting that thing run. If you get annoyed with popups and ads etc, you might want to download proxomitron -free- ( http://proxomitron.cjb.net ) acts as a proxy and lets you change html being recieved, and edit it before getting to IE/NS/Opera (Just remember to put it in the start up group too) has a good amount of clickable bits so u don't waste time downloading ads (proxomitron puts text saying "ad" instead) doesn't work with everything... some ads remain some other stuff too, but all you have to do is look at the source and write a bit of code for the program! excellent.
