Phones 4 u / 3g

I am having a nightmare with both these companies, to c
ut a very very long story short..
1. Took out contract phone with Phones 4 u in Sept this year.
2. Took phone back(the next day)to terminate contract.(you have 14 days to terminate contract)
3.Ive had numerous letters to say that my contract is still running with them.(ive got my de-activation code gave to to both companies).
4.Phones 4 u are saying that is nothing to do with them , i should contact 3, guess what? 3 are saying that it is phones 4 u i need to contact.
5. I have had a 3 way (conference call) with 3,phones 4 u , and the call centre in india, to discuss this, to which i was told this would be sorted out.(but to no avail)
6.I have spoken to a Sanjay,Bianco,Wilson,Rocky,Fernando,Jennifer, all tell me yes, we will sort this out for you.. and that they will call me back, but havent.
7.I have spoke to the police about making a peaceful protest outside phones 4 u, to tell everyone going into the shop that the company is cr*p, only to be told that i would be arrested.

I am at my wits end with this , i dont suppose anyone can help me on this matter, but i want people to know about this, so they know what kind of company Phones 4 u and 3g are and how they operate..

You legally have a 14 day cut off period, Phone 4 u r such a bad company, as there stall work on high commision so talk BS.

threaten trading standards, they have to DC within 14days then 3 give them a RA Number to send bk the phone (RA is there return unique code) and then u pay only for calls made.

I use to work for a Phone company and i know thats the LAW!
