I keep reading that we should never leave the house without SFP. I use Simple Light moisturiser under my foundation - does that have any SFP in it? The list of ingredients is in tiny print on the bottle andi cannot make it out.

Painful or numb?!

I would say so...and most foundations have SFP in it as well

They usually say if they have SPF in. It would be fairly well stated. Have a chat with the girls on the Boots counter and see what they recommend.
