I have to do 2 and 3 month appraisals on my new starters and so i would inagine that the ed would be subjected to the same regime, but she is lucky she doesn't have me as a boss cos i sacked 2 of my xmas temps on dec 6th.

but that's exactly how Google works, gef2. You type in something with unconventional spelling and it substitutes the more common spelling and asks if that was what you wanted. So that makes it look more authentic, not less.
