problem with AB

I have been posting a couple of questions on AB re homes and gardens and cars. My question appears in my personal profile as submitted, but does not then appear as a reply to the AB question. The same thing happens when i reply to others questions. It appears in my personal response box, but not on the original AB question. This makes me look extremely rude, because I can't thank people for their help. Please will you e-mail [email protected] (alias poodledoo) to explain whether it is a fault you can correct, or whether I need to contact ntl.Hoping this message gets through to you.Jill.

you have probably been automatically suspended (zapped is the correct term) by the Technical Support Team at AB, this isn't cos you have been bad, just cos u probably tried to submit the same answer or thread over and over when u thought the thing wasn't submittinmg. If u go into your profile and send an email to the ed or the techno team i am sure they can reinstate your id and posts.
